PRESS BUTTER SAND A two-layer butter sandwich that has been loved since its birth.

The cookies are baked using the ‘baking between layers’ technique, which is a Japanese confectionery production method, to remove excess oil and achieve the best balance of texture and flavour. The ingredients are also simple: a rich butter cream with the original flavour of butter and smooth butter caramel are sandwiched between two layers of crispy cookie dough.
