1. We purchase merchandises for customers once an order is placed. We cannot 100% guarantee that there is stock in Japan and can be successfully purchased. In case of out of stock, we will arrange a refund asap or contact customers for order amendments.

2. Refund only applies on out-of-stock items, and will be done according to the original method of payment.

3. Before shipping out the goods, our team checks each item carefully and package them well for protection to ensure that they are in good condition and will be safely arrived on customers' hand. If you find any problems (such as receiving wrong, missing or defective items), please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the items and provide photo proof.
The store will reserve the right not to accept enquiries raised over 3 days.

4. Products must be returned with original packaging. Products that have been used or with tags removed will not be accepted for return.

5. Our store is a shopping agency and cannot provide replacement/return or maintenance services. If there is any damage due to transportation, our store will not be responsible, please understand. Damage not caused by our store will not be accepted as a reason for return.

6. Any return & refund or exchange requests due to slight color difference, misunderstanding of product material, clothing size is not fitted, or any personal reasons will not be accepted.
