1. General

• Items are Categorize to PREORDER (PRE) or READY STOCK. 商品被分类为预购 [PRE] 或现货。

• Our working days Monday to Friday. Excluding Weekend & Public Holidays.我们的工作日是从星期一到星期五，不包括周末和公共假期。

2. About Pre Order

• Preorder item took at Least 2-3weeks after particular closing date as stated to ship out your order. (Within Malaysia) 预购商品将在特定截止日期后至少2-3周内发货。 (在马来西亚境内)

• Kindly expecting any shipment delay due to conveyance process by international courier which is unpredictable and uncontrollable. 请预计由于国际快递的运输过程可能导致的发货延迟是不可预测和不可控制的。

• Preorder item may OUT OF STOCK , customer can request REFUND / CHANGE ITEM for the out of stock item , any balance can be refund Within 7 working days.预购商品可能缺货，客户可以要求退款/更换缺货商品，余额可以退（还7天工作日）。

3. Purchase

• The images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. 所示图像仅供参考，可能并不准确代表产品。

• NO amendments are allowed after payment has been made, Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) are correct (colors/sizes) and delivery details before make payment. 在结账前，请确保您已经正确选择了正确的商品以及正确的颜色/尺寸。一旦订单确认后， 无法修改订单，并且不会对选择错误的颜色/尺寸或重复下单事件承担责任。

• Do ensure your delivery address is stated fully,correctly and clearly including mobile number. Order with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. Additional delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.请确保完整且正确地填写地址，包括您的手机号码。填写不完整/不正确的订单信息可能会导致交货延迟。如果包裹被退回，将收取重新投递费用。

• Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may purchase by other customers. 购物车中的商品不会被保留，其他人可能会购买这些商品。

4. Delivery

• All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight.所有运费将根据重量在您结账时自动计算。

• Orders will be shipping on weekdays only (MONDAY - FRIDAY, excluding weekends and public holidays).邮寄日期仅包括工作日，不包括周末和公共假期。

• All parcels are under the responsibility of our third party courier services providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel if proof of delivery is provided.所有包裹由第三方邮政服务提供商负责，如果提供了邮寄证明，我们将不负责丢失的包裹。

• Order item(s) with different arrival period, will send ship out together when all item(s) arrive. 订单商品不同到货时间，当所有商品到达后一起发货。

5. Measurement of Products

• Measurement stated may different 1-3cm due to the different quality of material and the way of measurement is taken.由于不同材质的质量和测量方法的不同，所述尺寸可能会有1-3厘米的差异。

• Color shown may differ due to different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, color may be slight difference. This applies especially for brighter hues.由于不同的技术设备具有不同的规格，所显示的颜色在不同的屏幕上可能会有轻微的变化。因此，颜色可能会略有不同，特别是亮色。

• Item with slight imperfections such as loose thread, slight dotted stains, etc which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered as defect.Request for return/exchange due to the reason above will be rejected.有轻微瑕疵的商品，例如松散的线头、轻微的斑点污渍等，不影响商品整体外观，将不被视为缺陷。基于上述原因的退货/换货请求将被拒绝。
